Stay in the conversation while they compare estimates.

A homeowner can read about shingles, look at financing and leave before choosing a roofer. If they never contact you, that visit can be hard for your office to act on.

PipelineOn helps turn some of those visits into records with available names, emails, mailing addresses and activity. Your team can check the record and choose whether a relevant follow-up makes sense.

Start when your roofing site already gets homeowner traffic. Keep your estimate form, calls and existing sales process. See how visitor identification fits.

Choose the visits worth collecting.

A roof replacement page gives your office different context from a general article about shingle colors. With paid collection, combine page and ZIP rules to narrow which new leads are accepted.

The rules apply at collection. They help control which records you pay for. A service-page visit still needs review before it becomes an estimate opportunity.

Look before you send the postcard.

Check the available address, property details and visit. Remove people already in an active sales conversation before deciding whom to mail.

Mail goes through an integration with a separate provider. Compare data access, collection rules and extra mail costs in our website visitor postcard guide.

Give your current ad spend another chance.

Start free on the site you already use for ads and local search. Have your office review the matched records, check your service area and keep track of the conversations that follow.

Judge it on what your own team can verify. We do not promise a number of roofs sold or a fixed return on spend.

Questions from roofing owners.

Can I identify everyone researching a roof replacement?

No. PipelineOn can identify some eligible visitors to your own website. Matches and available fields vary. It cannot tell you everyone shopping for a roof in your area.

Can I limit paid collection to the ZIP codes my crew serves?

Yes. Paid collection supports exact ZIP targeting and page rules. When combined, both conditions must match. A page rule uses the page where identification is attempted.

Can I send a postcard to a matched homeowner?

You can use an integration with a mail provider. Review the available address and record first. Printing and postage cost extra, and a paid lead charge can apply even if you send no postcard.

Does property data tell me the roof size or condition?

No. Available home value, bedrooms, bathrooms and living area describe the property. Living area is not roof area. Confirm roof measurements, condition and the scope of work through your normal inspection process.

What does the free account include?

Up to five eligible homeowner IDs a day, with no credit card required. Paid collection is $1 per eligible lead. Exact ZIP targeting, email and calling turn on with paid collection.

Compare the cost of the next opportunity.

Start with the roofing cost-per-lead benchmarks and contractor search-ad statistics. Compare the leads with the inspections and paid jobs they actually produce.
