PipelineOn ("PipelineOn," "we," "our," or "us") operates pipelineon.com and provides marketing, lead-identification, follow-up, attribution, and related services for home service businesses in the United States (the "Services").

When a PipelineOn customer installs our technology on its own website, that customer is responsible for its own privacy notice, notice at collection, cookie or tracking controls, and consumer-rights process. In that context, we generally process personal information to provide the Services to that customer.

We collect and use them for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide and secure the Services, respond to inquiries, measure marketing, personalize communications, support customer workflows, comply with law, and improve our products.

Customers may not use the Services to send us sensitive personal information.

California compliance is not only a cookie-banner issue; sale/share opt-outs, cross-context behavioral advertising, notice at collection, privacy-policy disclosures, and opt-out preference signals may apply.
