PipelineOn ("PipelineOn," "we," "our," or "us") operates pipelineon.com and provides marketing, lead-identification, follow-up, attribution, and related services for home service businesses in the United States (the "Services").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our website, communicate with us, use our Services, or interact with our advertising. It also explains choices available to U.S. residents, including California residents.

When a PipelineOn customer installs our technology on its own website, that customer is responsible for its own privacy notice, notice at collection, cookie or tracking controls, and consumer-rights process. PipelineOn also has responsibilities for its own collection, use, and sale of personal information; customer responsibilities do not replace ours.

3.1 Information You Provide

We may collect personal information when you:

• Request a demo, start an account, contact sales, or subscribe to updates
• Create or administer an account
• Use forms, integrations, alerts, follow-up tools, or support channels
• Pay for the Services or communicate about billing

Necessary site functions remain available. IP location may be inaccurate and does not establish residency. You can reject optional tracking through Privacy Choices from any location.

On pipelineon.com, Global Privacy Control and a saved browser opt-out prevent our optional analytics, session-recording, advertising, and visitor-identification scripts from loading. The browser opt-out applies to this browser on pipelineon.com; it does not delete previously collected records or automatically change settings on a customer's website. Clearing site storage can remove a saved choice. Keep GPC enabled or save your choice again in that case. You can also use the choices described in our Your Privacy Choices section.

If you are a PipelineOn customer, your own website may need clear privacy disclosures, a "Your Privacy Choices" or "Don't sell my data" opt-out link, Global Privacy Control handling, and in some cases a cookie banner or consent tool depending on your location, visitor locations, traffic volume, data practices, and applicable law. California compliance is not only a cookie-banner issue; sale/share opt-outs, cross-context behavioral advertising, notice at collection, privacy-policy disclosures, and opt-out preference signals may apply.

6. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

• Service providers and contractors that host, secure, process, analyze, email, bill, enrich, deliver, or support the Services on our behalf

We sell homeowner lead records to business customers. These records can include names, residential addresses, available email addresses or phone numbers, and associated website activity, approximate location, and service-interest information. This is a sale of personal information. We also may disclose identifiers, internet activity, and inferences to advertising and measurement partners in ways that constitute sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising or other sale or targeted-advertising disclosures under applicable state law. You can opt out as described below.

7. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live and how you interact with us, you may have the right to request access, deletion, correction, portability, restriction, or information about how we process your personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling.

Access, deletion, and correction requests may require identity verification. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification.

8. Email, Direct Mail, and Follow-Up Choices

Marketing emails we send include unsubscribe instructions. Operational, billing, security, or service emails may still be sent where necessary. If we or our customers send direct mail or other follow-up using the Services, opt-out and suppression requests are maintained so that future campaigns can honor them.

We use technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are for businesses and are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

11. U.S.-Only Focus

PipelineOn is designed for U.S. businesses serving U.S. consumers. We do not target the Services to individuals located outside the United States. If we learn that a customer use case requires non-U.S. privacy compliance, we may restrict that use or require additional contractual and technical controls.
